3D Design and Rendering
From an idea to an STL file, no technical drawing needed
Before anyone touches the stone, the project already exists in three dimensions. We start from an idea, a sketch or a photograph and turn it into a complete three-dimensional model, ready for CNC machining.
You do not need to bring a technical drawing. Telling us the idea is enough: our design department develops it into a complete project, working from the information and references you give us.
The photorealistic render is there so you can decide early rather than late. You see shapes, proportions and finishes while changing them still costs nothing. It is the moment that prevents the mistakes which, once cutting has begun, turn into wasted material.
- 3D modelling and conversion of sketches or ideas into STL files
- Photorealistic renders to validate shape, proportion and finish
- Fewer errors and fewer changes once work is under way
Turnaround runs from a single day for simple work up to a week for more complex projects. Changes can be requested throughout the design stage, before anything goes into production.
What I will do for you
-
Introductory Meeting
We discuss the project together: your idea, the materials you would prefer, and any specific requirements to meet.
1 -
Rendering and 3D Model
I develop the render and 3D model of the project, identifying any critical points at this early stage.
2 -
Result Review
I take a close look at the result, and we assess it together to check how it really performs.
3 -
Technical Drawing and Cutting Layout
I prepare the technical drawing and the cutting layout: the operational basis for making the piece.

FAQ - Frequently asked questions
Qui trovi una lista delle domande con le risposte più frequenti, ma per qualunque dubbio, chiarimento, o semplicemente per fare due chiacchiere sul tuo progetto, non esitare a contattarci!
- Do I need to provide a technical drawing?
No. Telling us your idea is enough: our design department develops it into a complete technical project, working from the information and references you provide.
- How long does the design and rendering stage take?
It depends on the size and complexity of the project: from one day for simple work up to a week for more articulated projects.
- Can I ask for changes after seeing the render?
Yes. Changes can be requested throughout the design stage, before moving into final production.
- Is the design service included in the final price?
If the client asks for it, the service is included in the first draft quotation, so it is transparent from the start.
